SAIC is seeking a Program Manager for the Common Computing Environment program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration(AFLCMC/HNI). The CCE program is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, information technology infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services and data. CCE incorporates the capabilities of commercial cloud and Managed Service Providers residing in Cloud Service Providers. The CCE will serve the US Air Force and US Army to migrate applications to a cloud environment, allowing the closure of data centers, to support the Department of Defense Data Center Optimization Initiative.
Job Description: Manage a multi-vendor SAIC Team on a program with $70M - $100M per year in revenue. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance to achieve SLAs or performance metrics defined in the contract. Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team conducting operations in parallel. Effective in communications with senior management of the CCE program office, technical directors, and senior executives of SAIC and subcontract partners. Knowledge of effective management strategies for various task types (FFP and T&M). Ability to interface with SAIC Project Control staff to provide the customer with accurate cost and schedule performance information. This is a remote work position. The candidate may work anywhere in the U.S.
B.S. in IT related field and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more of related experience, with at least 5 years of program management experience in a multi-vendor environment. M.S. in IT related field or MBA is desired. Experience as PM or Deputy PM for programs with similar scope. Experience performing supervisory functions such as time approvals for charging; expense reports, and travel plans; employee performance coaching and feedback; salary administration; and staffing functions.
