Description
SAIC is looking a Mobile Device Engineer to come and support one of our customers in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end deployment support of mobile devices to end-users. Performs initial configuration of all mobile device to conform with current mobile device policy. Performs inventory control of mobile devices, maintaining inventory levels as specified. Supports iPhone devices and other wireless devices as required. Performs troubleshooting and incident resolution for all issues with mobile devices. Candidate will support users who have issues with AirWatch Server connection; password issues; pin issues and misc hardware issues.Qualifications
