SAIC is looking for a Logistics Analyst to plan, develop and support the Training Planning and Development efforts of Programs of Record (POR) within the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I). The position requires analytical skills to support planning, identification, development, implementation, integration, and monitoring of all Manpower, Personnel and Training activities for various Naval programs while assisting the Product Support Managers within an Acquisition Program Office. SAIC is seeking cleared candidates looking for a challenge, ready to learn new systems and seeking a position to apply their skills and experience to the following tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic and professional work environment.
· Create, update or review Job Task Analysis (JTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Requirements Planning (TRP), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP) in Human Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Training materials and curriculum.
· Support the development of Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) documentation for all ACAT and non-ACAT programs, as required by the Product Support Managers.
· Lead and provide briefs and minutes for Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) working groups, and the Job Task Analysis (JTA) working groups and provide final JTA product as required.
· Conduct analysis of training classes and develop/update training materials and plans including NTSPs.
· Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, PSM meetings, and other activities. Record minutes and action items for all meetings.

The position requires experience in the development of reports, plans, schedules, programmatic plans and procedures, and other related documentation. Ideal candidate will have effective writing skills capable of managing updates, changes, and modifications to program documents, processes & procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more of related experience; Applicable experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Required Skills: Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel.

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working at and/or with NAVWAR, PEO C4I/EIS, NIWC PAC, and NIWC LANT
• Experience with Human Systems Integration analysis
• Working knowledge of OPNAV Instruction 1500.76 (Series)


Desired Skills: Understanding of PEO C4I & SPAWAR; experience with U.S. Navy systems, programs and ship deployment operations.
