SAIC is looking for an ATLASSIAN subject matter expert with a TS/SCI clearance who seeks a challenge, ready to learn new systems and use their software and system skills and experience to support Naval Programs of Record (PoR) and Projects. This is a mid-senior level position within the Program Executive Office; Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I). The following are some of the tasks, experiences, and responsibilities an excellent candidate would take on to be part of our SAIC Team in a dynamic and professional work environment.

Provide ATLASSIAN expertise, knowledge, capabilities and skills to assist the development of Naval Information Operations and the Spectral Program of Record (POR).
Provide expertise to support a DoD Acquisition Program Office and the Assistant Program Manager (APM)
Use the ATLASSIAN Jira Software development tool to support the Agile Team.
Track and produce metrics of the overall health and progress of Programs and Projects
Use other tools to support Spectral and other Programs and Projects
Collaborate with the APM Team to conduct metrics and data analysis for reports
Ensure standards for products are met and conduct activities based on sound practices and SAFe Agile methodology
Develop new skills and acquire certifications as required to support the Team

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; Applicable experience or technical training is accepted in lieu degree

Required Skills: Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel

· Expert knowledge of Atlassian planning and collaboration support
· Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
· Experienced in SAFe Agile methodology

Desired Skills: Understanding of PEO C4I & Naval Information Warfare (formerly SPAWAR); experience with U.S. Navy systems, programs and ship deployment operations
