Description

SAIC is searching for a Conferencing CSR!

The CSR will provide assistance and support for EPA users in the Washington DC area in the planning, scheduling and use of various conferencing services. These services include:
  • Skype for Business/Team
  • Pexip VMR
  • Adobe Connect
  • Tandberg/Cisco VTC 
  • Reservationless Plus  
Duties also includes in-room and remote customer support to provide assistance for adhoc and scheduled conferencing support. 

The CSR will also write user guides and knowledge articles and conduct training classes to large and small groups.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience
  • AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience with relavent certification.

Desired Skills, Experience, & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience and working knowledge of Skype for Business, Tandberg/Cisco VTC, Adobe Connect
  • Experience and working knowledge of ServiceNow for Incident and task management

Clearance Requirement
  • Ability to obtain & maintain an EPA Public Trust security clearance.
