Job Description


SAIC’s Office of Business Conduct and Excellence (OBC&E) has an opening for a Contracts Analyst Sr to support the Contracts Compliance organization.  Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage and execute various Government reporting requirements (i.e. Small Business Reporting, Executive Compensation, Conflict Minerals, Biobased Reporting).

  • Maintain current corporate information for the completion of Representations and Certifications related to Request for Proposal and contractual requirements, as well as support the completion of some packages.

  • Manage and maintain corporate registrations and information (SAM, DUNS, CAGE code).

  • Stay abreast of regulatory updates and deviations that impact the Contracts & Procurement teams.

  • Draft periodic Regulatory Updates publications for the Contracts & Procurement teams.

  • Draft and maintain contracts related compliance topics.

  • Develop and deliver compliance related trainings and processes.

  • Support projects as needed for other compliance departments (direct support to the Chief Risk Officer, Internal Controls, Ethics and Quality).


Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years or more related experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Self-starter who will take the initiative to analyze existing processes and provide innovative streamlined approaches.

  • Problem solver who will thoroughly research an issue and develop a detailed solution.

  • Experience with SAM registrations, CAGE code updates.

  • Knowledge of DFARS business systems and other compliance areas.

  • Experience working with company processes, and documenting those processes for compliance purposes, such as via narratives and/or flowcharts. 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to organize, manage and assemble large volumes of data into consolidated reports.

  • Can effectively communicate with internal departments as well as external agencies.

  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the cooperation of others.

  • Ability to adapt to the use of emerging technologies
