SAIC has a contingent opening for a Program Analyst to support the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) TRADOC Capability Manager - Armored Brigade Combat Team (TCM ABCT) at Ft Benning, GA.


TCM ABCT is TRADOC’s DOTMLPF integrator for ABCT formations. This mission requires intensive interaction with these units, operating force MACOMs, acquisition communities, and TRADOC Centers of Excellence. 


TCM ABCT requires support in six key areas of its mission: 

1) Organizational Capabilities Integration; 

2) Abrams and Bradley Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Integration; 

3) Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle Integration; 

4) DOTMLPF Integration; 

5) Sustainment and Logistics Integration; 

6) Tactical Network and Command Post Integration. 


The candidate selected will assist TCM ABCT in: 

1) execute, operate, maintain and assist in the integration of DOTMLPF improvements into ABCT formations; 

2) collect, analyze and maintain ABCT unit lessons learned data for use in DOTMLPF integration functions;

 3) monitor and/or participate in efforts that impact the integration of DOTMLPF into ABCT formations.


The selected individual shall provide on-site services to the TCM ABCT and the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Ft. Benning, GA to address all DOTMLPF development and integration issues concerning PEO GCS managed systems. In addition, provide the Director of TCM ABCT the professional services required to assist in the combat development, test and evaluation, training and leader development integration, sustainment and logistics integration, and network/mission command systems integration in determining both material and non-material solutions for ABCT combat systems and personnel across all DOTMLPF domains. Work for all positions shall take place in TCM ABCT government furnished offices, classrooms, or other government directed locations as required for successful completion of the tasks.

 


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of military experience is required.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

 

  • All personnel performing services under this PWS will have a minimum of eighteen months experience serving in a ABCT or TRADOC organization conducting development and integration of network requirements as they apply across ABCT DOTMLPF domains as a soldier, Department of the Army civilian, or defense contractor. 
  • Have three years’ experience in tactical network and command post experimentation and evaluations related to ABCT.
  • Have 1 or more years’ experience as a combat developer or materiel acquisition from the user perspective. A working knowledge of current and evolving organizational structures is desired, as well as an understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation system. Contractor personnel shall be familiar with the Army Concept Strategy and process for developing Functional Concepts and Concept Capability Plans (CCP). Personnel shall be familiar with the Force Design Update (FDU) process. Successfully completed DAU CLR 101, Introduction to Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System, and ACQ 101, Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management. The requirements for CLR 101 and ACQ 101 may be satisfied by documenting a similar course that provides the same level of knowledge.
  • Experience with U.S. Army protocols, Army writing style, and how such protocols relate to writing memorandums, information papers, white papers, and briefings. 
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
  • Active Secret clearance required.
