Senior Metrics and Data Analyst
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making and present real-time status in a visual dashboard. Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or categorization of events. Manages all aspects of end to end data processing. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data and acts as liaison with business. Recommends changes to measurements, key performance indicators, and program performance requirements to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of metrics across the program. Complete understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Performs assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting objectives. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
