This is a Project Management position in support of the Department of State (DoS) Vanguard Program, Program Management Office (PMO), TWD Telecom Project Manager.
The Project Manager is the POC to Department of State customers who require large Voice and Data service implementations. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the entire life cycle of a project assigned to them including requirements gathering, basis of estimate, acquisition plan development, customer interaction, project execution, and project closeout.

Required Education/Experience:Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience or HS and 14+ years of experience to include:
Clearance Requirement:SECRET (Active) with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
