Provide Administrative Support Services including preparing documents in appropriate format to meet Air Force and DoD requirements, i.e. reports, talking papers, staff studies and briefings, and policies and templates; prepare correspondence; maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules, schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office; answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries; assist with the coordination for requesting, approving, and executing reimbursable business-related travel; assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspense dates and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings. Use the tools and equipment necessary to efficiently manage the administration workflows as directed and identify any additional tools and equipment necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Track tasks assigned to the team and due outs to the team from the customer. Support the scheduling and logistics of senior leader forums and provide polished PowerPoint presentations to include coordinating inputs among various stakeholders and preparing meeting agendas. When requested, the facilitate coordination of administrative efforts among the internal and external parties. Serve as the primary focal point for the team in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items (taskers), suspense and responses using government’s Task Management Tool (TMT) software and other applicable Microsoft or Adobe tools, for example: Excel or Acrobat. Coordinates with multiple government agencies and direct customer organizations to clarify administrative requirements, monitor and close taskers. Prepares draft responses to taskers, maintains a properly formatted template for collection tasker response inputs from the team, collects and load inputs from the team into the TMT, coordinates the review and approval of tasker responses by SAIC and customer officials. #Talon
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and 5+ years of related work experience.
