SAIC has immediate openings for All-Source Technical Targeting Analysts to support an exciting program in Mclean. The TTA shall respond to ad hoc tasking for short, medium, and long-term target analysis studies, performing with competency in all aspects of full-cycle target analysis including requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. In addition, they shall conduct a variety of analytic methodologies in support of intelligence issues of a predominantly technical nature including but not limited to technology forecasting, network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, data analysis and visualization, and other quantitative methods. They shall also work with other analysts to provide comprehensive target assessments while ensuring the sharing of data and knowledge. Targeters that have foreign language skills may have an opportunity to put them to use in their targeting projects.Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 9+ years of relevant experience with the DoD or the IC as a targeting analyst, SSO-T, or similar
- Demonstrated experience with SIGINT collection, exploitation, and analysis experience (i.e. DNR and DNI)
- Experience using various tradecraft analysis tools
- Must be comfortable analyzing, manipulating, and exploiting metadata and unstructured data
- Familiarity with customer databases and customer communication methods
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and mission partners with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HUMINT analysis and operations
