SAIC is seeking a part-time candidate to assist the FAA in developing acquisition-related documentation. The candidate should be knowledgeable of the National Airspace System capabilities; FAA JRC phases, processes, and products; FAA automation systems and the acquisition process of those systems; and have the ability to work across organizational boundaries and technical disciplines. Outstanding communication skills are a must.
Provide draft management briefings and presentations including IP&A; support the Program Office with IARD, JRC, and FID efforts to include:
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with FAA acquisition processes, either En Route or Terminal or systems of equivalent complexity (i.e., DoD). FAA TAMR/STARS experience a major plus. BS in Business, Economics or Statistics, or Masters in Management or Program Management.
