SAIC is looking for a Senior Systems Integration Analyst in Fort Rucker, AL !

 

Job Description:

 

The candidate will be responsible for integrating a new simulation suite for an experiment being conducted by the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Works at the customer site (USAACE) as a representative of the lab project manager and must be able to translate intent and experiment objectives into hardware and software solutions. 
  • Will also serve as a liaison at USAACE and must be able to translate USAACE into hardware and software requirements and document those for the use of the project leadership and members located at multiple locations throughout the US.
  • Translates USAACE requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. May include analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and may develop architecture baselines.
  • Assists with and leads development of integration, migration plans/schedules.
  • Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
  • General knowledge of other related disciplines such as training methodologies.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
  • Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
  • Work is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met.

LIASON:

 

  • Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
  • Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Qualifications

Typical Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.  (additional experience in lieu of degree may be substituted)
  • Technical certifications in CompTIA A+ (901&902), Network+ (N006), Security+ required. 
  • Experience as an Army helicopter pilot highly desired.
