We are seeking a highly motivated Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to join our Total Customer Experience group within our Infrastructure Enablement organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business relationship management, organizational change management, experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a corporate or academic environment, and excellent written and personal communication skills. This role will focus on the people side of change, including transformation of business processes, systems, and technologies, emphasizing relationship-centered initiatives. We're looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, stay curious, and thrive on meaningful projects. This opportunity can be worked REMOTE for the right candidate. Candidates must be U.S Citizens. 

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of information technology tools and minimize resistance to change.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create actionable deliverables for OCM campaigns: e.g., communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Execute upon established plans.

Business Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and technology advancements.

Communication:

  • Craft clear, concise, and engaging written communications tailored to various audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and distribute regular updates on project progress and change management initiatives.

Training and Support:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials to support organizational changes.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions and training.

Technology and AI:

  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance change management processes and outcomes.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and best practices to apply them within the organization.
  • Drive organizational change efforts to encourage adoption of AI Tools throughout the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens
  • 1-5 years of experience in organizational change management, business relationship management, or a related role.
  • Experience working with AI in a corporate or academic environment.
  • Proven experience in government contracting either onsite with Programs or back-office support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on the employee experience.
  • Strong presentation and strategic consultancy skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations into change management and related IT projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, MS CoPilot, ChatGPT and other AI Tools
  • Experience with screen capture software, image manipulation, and video editing applications like SnagIt, Camtasia, Adobe, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, lifetime learner and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification).
  • Experience in developing and delivering training.
