SAIC is seeking an Experimentation Node Boss located at Fort Moore, GA to support the Maneuver Battle Lab Support Services contract to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive simulation experimentation plan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and execute Simulation Interactor, contractor role player simulation model behavior training. 
• Model integration to include Face V&V preparation and execution. 
• Ensure military directives are executed tactically by simulation cluster.
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and capturing observations, insights, and recommendations identified during the reviews at the completion of experiments. 
• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive simulation experimentation plan to ensure successful execution of major concept development simulation experiments assigned to the Models & Simulation Branch.
• Responsible for supervising, training, and managing up to 20-50 Simulation Interactors during each experimentation event. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and zero (0) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Must have worked as a Simulation Integrator.
• Must be able to support a simulation Battle Master in conducting Terrain and Sensor Verification and Validation.
• Must be able to support a simulation Battle Master in conducting Munitions Verification and Validation.
• Be capable of training and certifying of Simulation Integrators in the use of OneSAF or applicable simulation models.
• Be understanding of tactical maneuvers to be implemented in simulation rehearsals and execution.
• Be capable of supporting a Battle Master in conducting Closed-loop replication activities using OneSAF.
• Be willing to learn all associated Node Boss duties as well as those belonging to a Battle Master.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must have current knowledge in the use of OneSAF models and simulations and associated tools.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
• Must have current US Citizenship.
