Description

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Team Manager for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture-- driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.

This is an ONSITE role in Pascagoula, MS. Must be local to area. This position is contingent upon award news in Fall 2025. Relocation can be considered on a case by case basis.

Job Duties: 

  • Updating logistics documentation to include: User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), System Block Diagram, Depot Repair Parts, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)/Obsolescence tracking, and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation.
  • Conducting logistics support analyses and originate provisioning data.
  • Developing technical data and procedures for technical manuals and training.
  • Participate in ILS meetings such as Logistics Readiness Review (LRR), ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Program Reviews, and other ILS-related meetings.
  • Inputs to ILS Certifications.
  • Develop specific Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD).
  • Updating/Inputs to Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP).
  • Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors and ten (8) years or more of related experience OR Masters and eight (6) years or more experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance at start.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products.
  • Familiar with Navy Data Environment (NDE), ILS Certifications, CDMD-OA/MBPS, HARPS, and ICAPS.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
