Achieving these objectives requires a workforce with broadly diverse and deep skills in system engineering, program management, architecture analysis, program planning and budgeting, and executive level communications and support. Clearance required to start: TS/SCI. Clearance required to remain on the program: TS/ SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

  • Assists in monitoring active budget year appropriations to ensure effective obligation and expenditure resources.
  • Prepares and compiles documentation in support of annual and statuary congressional SAP reporting, Continuing Resolution (CR) issues, funds distribution and various financial execution reviews.
  • Prepares and provides factual reference material and special reports for use during senior DoD briefings and Congressional hearings on related programs and issues.
  • Facilitates SAP-focused SAE congressional engagements and ensures information is consistent, appropriately protected, and integrated for congressional engagements in collaboration with SAF/SQE, SAF/AQL, SAF/LL, and DoD SAPCO.

Qualifications

  • Applicable experience with at least 2 years in compartmented program experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing) skills.
  • Experience in using critical thinking to prepare written reports and presentations for executive-level officials.
  • Ability to plan, organize, lead, and execute studies or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint software applications.
