Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager
Anaheim, CA (On-site 4 days/week) 

Are you an experienced infrastructure leader who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments? We’re hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead a large, cross-functional infrastructure team supporting critical IT operations. You’ll manage teams across server (Windows, Linux and VMWare) and storage administration, networking, cybersecurity, database management (Oracle & MS SQL), and cloud engineering (AWS and Azure). This is a high-impact role focused on service excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for enterprise infrastructure services
  • Lead teams in storage/server, network, DBA, production control, and cloud support
  • Oversee AWS and Azure engineering operations and integrations
  • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive service improvements
  • Lead high-priority incident resolution and disaster recovery testing
  • Maintain comprehensive runbooks and service delivery documentation
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners/vendors

Work Location:
On-site in Anaheim, CA – minimum 4 days/week required

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline and 9 years of experience, Masters and 7 years of experience. May accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree 
  • 5–10 years’ experience leading infrastructure or IT operations teams
  • Strong background in cloud (AWS, Azure), database, and network services
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise DR exercises and critical incidents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ITIL framework experience a strong plus

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
