SAIC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Admin Associate to join our dynamic Program Management team at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. This entry- to junior-level role supports both the Quality Assurance (QA) and Communications workstreams, playing a critical part in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement of products and services through effective QA practices, while also helping ensure timely, accurate, and clear communication across the program. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Work is performed on-site 3+ days per week in Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts quality reviews of contract deliverables, work instructions, advisories, and other program documents and communications.
  • Assists in maintaining and improving deliverables through regular communication (e.g., email follow-ups, document edits, and review meetings).
  • Supports QA and Communications team members with tasks such as IT Notice reviews, PowerPoint presentation development, staff engagement events.
  • Takes and distributes meeting minutes to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Assists with content coordination, formatting, and record management for internal communications and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Uses the following tools to support daily responsibilities: SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in communications or quality assurance, preferably in an IT-related or government environment (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly document findings, assist in preparing materials, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in reviewing, editing, and organizing documents and deliverables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new tools and software.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
