Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to participate as a member of the management team to coordinate and support all engineering personnel. The Systems Engineering Support Services (SESS) engineering contract supports weapons systems on various platforms managed by Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and organized by Program Management Air (PMAs) at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The program analyst assists the Program Manager with day-to-day operations.

This is a remote position.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships in support of program execution. Liaison between program management, employees, functional staff, subcontractors, and government POCs.
  • Prepare monthly status reports ensuring deliverables are met and on-time.
  • Oversee on-boarding of new hires to ensure successful transition to support the government customer to include acquisition of CAC, navy.mil accounts, NMCI assets, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Coordinate, review, route, and track travel requests in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and contract requirements. 
  • Provide guidance relative to company/HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Performs other administrative tasking, as needed, to support program management.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelors in Information Management Systems preferred. Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education for a total of seven (7) years of experience required.
  • At least three (3) years of recent and relevant use of Excel is required. Proficiency in pivot tables, tables, macros, and formulas is a must for the coordination, analysis, and visualization of information.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data-driven processes to capture, convey, and create reliable and repeatable information. 
  • Active Secret clearance is required.

PREFFERRED SKILLS:

  • Three (3) + years of experience managing and tracking data preferred.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
