SAIC is seeking a Integrated Master Scheduler responsible for providing direct project management support with the execution of multiple projects and applying scheduling theory to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as well as related artifacts in compliance with scheduling best practices; administrative support with weekly reports; maintaining action trackers; and project management administrative assistance of United States Marine Corps Signals Intelligence programs.

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with project lead and other project teams to develop detailed schedules, keep these schedules current and seamlessly integrated into the Master Schedule.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
  • Responsible for building a new NIWC Master Schedule and maintain the schedule in Microsoft Project.
  • Review, format, finalize the Weekly Activity Report in Microsoft Word.
  • Review, format, finalize the NIWC input to the Bi-Weekly slides in PowerPoint.
  • Maintain Tracking sheet for Action Items and Issues in Excel spreadsheet.
  • Update/Maintain the Organization Chart in Microsoft Visio.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more of experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio required.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
