SAIC is seeking to support the US Navy as a Master Scheduler for Missile Batteries and Space Energy Systems in Crane, IN.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create files for Project files, assist with preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and Supplemental Document Worksheets (SDW) and scheduling of necessary validations and hazard controls.
  • Scan and load multiple projects to upload into the Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM).
  • Assist with Data Calls.
  • Track Mandatory Training records and input monthly metrics.
  • Complete documentation for employee and asset moves.
  • Provided visitor support.
  • Complete necessary documentation for excessing of equipment.
  • Create Power Points for presentations to customers.
  • Create writing test and evaluation reports.
  • Perform battery inventory.
  • Control of battery inventory.
  • Use Microsoft Access to input JXMS battery inventory and print appropriate labels for all batteries.
  • Ensured correct labels are placed on batteries and use scan gun to record location of all batteries.
  • Support inventory maintenance, clean and excess batteries, complete rescanning of every item in the building is in process.
  • Assist with Battery Disposal Inventory: Perform battery counts.
  • Create F102s for disposal of each battery type.
  • Create spreadsheets for battery disposal tracking. 
  • Update Battery Production Board.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience.  Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience creating technical schedules in MS Project.
  • Experience creating technical documentation for DoD.
  • Interim Secret Clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.  SAIC will sponsor the process.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain explosive certification.
