SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Program Analyst to support Army Force Protection Operations to utilize the COLTS database for processing Work Orders, complete renewals for reverification, and ensures Common Access Card (CAC) card compliance with program requirements. 

NOTE: This is a fully Remote / Work from Home position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Utilize COLTS database for processing Work Orders provided by OCONUS Field Engineers.
• Review COLTS to ensure data is reported correctly and communicate any issues to the COLTS Database Administrator.
• Provide Common Access Card (CAC) assistance, including processing and tracking applications, renewals, and new CACs for employees.
• Process and submit re-verification requests to Huntsville SAIC Security and Trusted Agents.
• Provide oversight for contractually required DoD training.
• Prepare monthly per diem, fuel, incidentals, and phone stipend expense reports for reimbursement.
• Coordinate and process travel cost reimbursements.
• Prepare and build NPO expenses for vehicles, apartments, OCONUS sponsorships, EOS, and WPS.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s and one (1)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience in Force Protection, Administrative, OR Logistics.
• Must be familiar with the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) an Inventory and Warehouse Management System.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
• Must be a current U.S. Citizen.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
