We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team—a place where creativity meets strategy, and your designs can make a real impact.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. From crafting eye-catching marketing materials to designing user-friendly interfaces, your work will be integral to our communication and marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, using the latest design tools and best practices to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, social media, and web.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communication, and product teams to create cohesive brand assets, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Create and optimize user interfaces (UI) for websites and digital products, focusing on user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices, integrating new techniques into your work.
  • Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (5) years or more experience
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS for web design.
  • Understanding of print production processes, including preparing files for print and working with external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback constructively.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
