Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Strategy and Solution Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of the organization, optimizing functional processes, and identifying technology related to cyber platforms and applications, electronic know-your-customer (eKYC), cloud, financial technologies (FinTech), and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber, identity and technology research, process optimization, and strategic planning, with the ability to deliver actionable insights that align technological advancements with Mission goals.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams—spanning development, production, engineering, and more—to assess current technologies, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies that enhance both technology and client Mission. Additionally, you will collaborate with the client’s research team to identify emerging cyber, identity technologies, industry trends, and gaps in the existing tool suite, providing strategic recommendations for partnerships, innovation, and technical solutions. You will also oversee and manage technology initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring projects are executed within scope and aligned with strategic goals, while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of technology solutions.
