  • Technology Strategy & Optimization: Experienced in identifying technical gaps, evaluating new technologies, and optimizing processes for efficiency. Skilled in developing strategic roadmaps, performing gap analysis, and implementing continuous improvement solutions.
  • Emerging Technologies:  Strong expertise in emerging technologies related to cyber platforms, eKYC and verification and identity management. Understanding of other technologies such as FinTech, AI and mobile applications is strongly desired. Skilled in analyzing industry trends to drive innovation and inform decision-making.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing vendor relationships, evaluating third-party solutions, and ensuring alignment with client’s goals for successful project outcomes.
