SAIC is looking a Systems Engineer to support the US Navy in Patuxent River, MD.
NOTE: This position is 100% remote/flexwork/work from home.
Position will support Common Carriage efforts in Patuxent River, Maryland and Jacksonville, Florida. Significant travel >50%, could be required to Jacksonville, FL or Crane, IN.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engineering support and requirements development for electrical and mechanical integration tasking for the identified system.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and fourteen or more years’ experience.
- Experience with lNAVAIR Programs, and flight clearance process and Engineering Data Requirements Plans (EDRAP).
- Specific knowledge with regards to integration of electrical and mechanical systems on board V-22 aircraft.
- Interim Secret Clearance will be required to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
