SAIC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Policy and Capabilities Science and Technology office. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders driving the future direction of mission systems to protect our nation against intelligence and security threats.

This position is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

 Responsibilities include:

• Collaboratively partner across teams to develop business data analyses and documentation.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate emerging requirements on a continuing basis.
• Manage relationships with vendors and maintain business processes and procedures.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration.
• Respond to questions and concerns from leadership with supporting research and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must posses an Active TS/SCI with Poly to be considered.
• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years or more experience.
• 3+ years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably at ODNI.
• 2+ years’ experience with business analytics and supporting systems development activities.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• High proficiency with SQL.
• High Proficiency in Excel and other office software.

Desired:

• Experience with Data visualization tools such as Visio and Tableau.
• Experience with JIRA tools.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
