SAIC has an opportunity for a Software User Manager located in Fort Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will oversee the user account management process, user account requests, and user Information Technology (IT) security for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC) Studies and Analytics Division.

 Duties Include:

• Supervise the user account management process.
• Develop processes and procedures to manage IT user accounts.
• Manage user account requests, validation of access rights, and ensure that privileges are correctly assigned.
• Conduct periodic reviews and validations of user accounts, while ensuring that inactive accounts are properly managed and deactivated.
• Provide end user support by setting up workstations and peripherals within the user’s space.
• Act as a Data Transfer Officer (DTO) to provide data transfers between different environments and security enclaves. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
• Experience in account management and IT system security protocols.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Must be a US citizen and currently possess an active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
