Description
SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst for a future NAWCAD program in St. Inigoes, MD, to provide lifecycle engineering and support for radars and sensors. This position is contingent upon award in Fall 2025. We are currently interviewing candidates to join our future team.
Work will be performed on site in St. Inigoes, MD, with some hybrid remote options for the local area.
The Logistics Analyst will improve and manage the support and maintenance of systems, coordinate logistics programs, oversee systems acquisition, conduct financial and lifecycle analyses, standardize equipment, and handle data and documentation for logistics and maintenance information systems.
Job Duties:
• Develop, operate, evaluate, and enhance radar and sensor supportability and maintainability programs and systems.
• Conduct logistics and maintainability programs in coordination with logistics and maintenance control entities.
• Perform technical evaluations and identify logistics requirements and resources for radar and sensor systems.
• Create logistics support plans and maintainability strategies.
• Analyze systems acquisition requirements; manage budgetary and financial aspects.
• Conduct life cycle cost analysis and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure hardware and software standardization and compatibility for radars and sensors.
• Plan and execute test and evaluation for ILS/R&M programs.
• Analyze management of ILS/R&M programs.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and apply data related to logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and finance.
• Create, modify, and validate documentation for logistics reporting, maintenance data systems, and management information systems.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
• US Citizenship
• Active Secret security clearance
• B.S. or B.A. degree in a business-related discipline or a qualifying substitution.
• Four (4) years of related experience to the above duties of a logistics analyst
• To include the analysis of logistics programs, maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.
• Two (2) years of that experience must be within the Department of the Navy (DON)
