Description
SAIC is looking for an experienced Communications Director/Senior Manager with a talent for engaging employees, building reputation, and thinking outside the box. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly motivated team helping to lead an exciting organizational transformation. The candidate must be eager to tackle the challenges of developing content that helps build on SAIC’s culture, engage employees, and create brand affinity, while partnering with PR and Marketing to translate external brand campaigns, internally. Ideal candidates will be skilled at creating content that both engages employees and keeps them informed about strategic and relevant business decisions.
Primary areas of responsibility include creating compelling content for strategic initiatives, executive leadership team messaging, as well as messaging to drive organizational change and implementation of new technologies and programs with the goal to reach and engage a workforce located across the country in multiple offices and client sites.
In this role, the candidate will become a trusted advisor to all areas of the organization, with a focus on fostering the company’s culture and advancing communications approaches. The environment at SAIC is fast-paced and dynamic and candidate must regularly try to extend the limits of what is possible.
