We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Targeting Analyst with a background in advanced data-driven methodologies. The Senior Technical Target Analyst (TTA) will have experience in technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies (e.g. signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, etc.), to include collection management, data processing solutions, data science, and technical analysis, as well as target technologies and exposure to digital network analysis. Other Senior TTA responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.

The Senior TTA must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Required:

·    Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

·    TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.

·    Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraft

·    SIGINT targeting and analysis, including in-depth knowledge of networks

·    Target-package building experience

·    Demonstrated ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analysts

·    Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and needs to facilitate effective resolution

·    Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis

·    Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually in high-pressure situations

·    Well-versed in working with tools, data sets, and methodologies

Desired:

·    TDNA/DNI/DNR experience.

·    Demonstrated report-writing skills

·    Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods

·    Formal technical targeting or USG targeting certification

• Experience in tool development
