We are seeking a junior level Intel Analyst. This position requires strong critical thinking skills to perform research across multiple document databases, consolidating all findings to form analytic judgement, then craft an organized and well written analysis product that concisely conveys the most pertinent insights to inform decisions. The position also requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and ability to work with subject matter experts to supplement research efforts and incorporate expert assessments into analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or two (2) years of experience supporting analysis within the U.S. military, IC, commercial industry, or federal/state/local government agency.
• Two (2) years of experience utilizing and researching customer databases that support analytic conclusions, and writing intelligence products
• Two (2) years of experience working with HUMINT, SIGINT, or OSINT
• Experience working in a team environment, leveraging the expertise of subject matter experts across the organization, and incorporating research/analysis into the final analysis products
• Experience with internet research or web-based search applications
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Excel)

 
Desired:

• Proven experience in supporting customer core mission area
• Experience using customer message traffic
