Description
SAIC is looking for an Enhanced Consequence Analysis (ECA) Subject Matter Expert at Offutt AFB, Nebraska providing engineering support to the USSTRATCOM Strategic Mission
Successful Candidate will have expertise and be able to provide assessments and analysis on weapon effects. He/She will be able to discern the residual effects and potential political consequences derived from projected damage assessment and drive target assignment. This Enhanced Consequence Analysis is a key component enabling Decision Makers and will be a key input to drive decisions on the weapon planning and deployment process.
Qualifications
Requires experience and expertise of the Nuclear Mission and agile software development and testing skillsets.
Mission expertise includes:
1. Nuclear Triad experience any leg (ICBM, Bomber, Submarine)
2. USSTRATCOM/J5 and/or J3 experience
3. Experience in Nuclear Planning or Nuclear Execution (MPAS/NPES experience)
4. Previous experience with the Defense Treat Reduction Agency (DTRA) a Plus
5. Experience working across Cross-Functional Teams a plus
Agile Software Development and Testing includes:
1. Expertise in Software Testing in an Agile DevOps Team environment
2. Experience with ReadyAPI, an All-In-One Automated API testing Platform, to include expertise with functional, security, performance, and Virtualization of API
3. Demonstrated understanding and Use Case experience with software containerization to include developing and/or testing container and data access requirements via APIs.
Educational/Work Experience; a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of experience or 13 years of experience in lieu of degree
