We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a DevSecOps Engineer Analyst. Position can be worked 100% remote within the the US.

As a DevSecOps Engineer Analyst at SAIC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of secure Cloud products and services. You will contribute to the maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/integration infrastructure, provide Source Control Management/Documentation, and assist in creating and maintaining fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments. Additionally, you will support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance, ensuring full automation of CI/testing processes. You will work closely with software developers, production support, and information security teams to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms. Your role will involve providing guidance and applying agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and ensure reliable operations. Continuous identification of opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment.
  2. Support the maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/integration infrastructure.
  3. Assist in Source Control Management/Documentation and participate in creating and maintaining fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments; assist in writing, building, and deploying scripts.
  4. Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance.
  5. Assist in supporting full automation of CI/testing.
  6. Support policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and developer work.
  7. Support successful release management by assisting in moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production.
  8. Collaborate with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms.
  9. Provide support and assist in applying agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations.
  10. Assist in identifying opportunities to automate tasks and save time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors and 2 (two) years of experience; will accept additional 4 years of experience with a HS diploma in lieu of a Bachelors degree
  • U.S. citizen required and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired Technical Experience:

  • Limited use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Ability to follow specific, detailed instructions and work closely supervised.
  • Willingness to contribute to routine technical tasks and work collaboratively within a team.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
