Description
SAIC is seeking an International Program Analyst to provide analytical support including but not limited to the following areas: International Acquisition training, export control and compliance, foreign disclosure and other areas under the purview of Foreign Military Sales, Security Cooperation, International Armaments Cooperation, cooperative Research & Development, personnel exchange and foreign visits. This position is located at Point Mugu, CA.
The position will support the management, oversight, and facilitation of export authorizations related to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in support of support Cooperative Project Arrangements/Agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements supporting the Naval Aviation communities Foreign Disclosure processes and US Navy business area interests. This position will also support investigation, research and preparation for submission to prospective regulatory agencies, as well as track and ensure corrective actions are appropriately assigned and completed for technological exchange objects related to US Navy Aviation support matters.
Other responsibilities include:
This position will require interaction with US Navy approved embedded cooperative Development country nationals and travel to OCONUS locations in support of technical demonstrations, planning, test events, and other program related activities. Support from a remote location can be considered.
