All Source Analyst

All Source Intelligence Analyst with counterintelligence experience applying analytical and cultural knowledge to support a variety of areas of responsibility. This analyst must be a self-starter due to the fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment composed of a diverse team of analysts, linguists, cultural experts, and operations officers. Via exhaustive research and networking with LE and IC counterparts, the analyst will focus on creating and/or recognizing operational opportunities. The candidate should be particularly adept at, and have a background in, data exploitation using specialized tools and datasets. The position requires strong critical thinking skills; the ability to write reports accurately and succinctly, to multi-task and accomplish tasks in fluid environments, and to rapidly respond to short-notice tasking.

Daily responsibilities may include:

·       Identifying trends, patterns of activity, and opportunities for action in support of threat-mitigation activities in both the cyber and real-world domains.

·       Translation of the above into clear courses of action, delivered to supporting units via written and/or briefed products.

Competitive candidates will have or exhibit the following:

·       Dedicated analytical and cultural knowledge/experience within EUCOM, PACOM, or Middle East.

·       Experience providing CI operations support.

·       Expert-level knowledge in classified and unclassified tools for data exploitation and presentation.

·       Significant experience understanding and exploiting multiple sources of intelligence, including SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT.

·       Proven ability to identify national security threats and opportunities for exploitation.

·       Strong communication skills allowing for the succinct presentation of operational courses of action, based on experience working with operational units.

·       Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to write accurately and succinctly, and the ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited direct supervision, and to respond to short-notice tasking.

·       Strong operational security practices.

·       Bias towards initiative-driven work.

·       High comfort level in interacting with a wide variety of government leadership and contractor personnel.

·       Ability to operate in a diverse, evolving, and high-profile environment.

·       Nine (9) years of specialized analytical experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or six (6) years of specialized experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or ten (10) years of specialized operational support to counterintelligence, strategic, or tactical platforms.

·       Experience with appropriate military and civilian training in the intelligence analysis field.

  • Experience with Voltron, PROTON, and other similar IC analytic tools and databases.

·       Experience creating written and/or briefed products demonstrating findings demonstrating accurate and succinct writing showing key findings and overview of the process used to perform collection and analysis.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Former military Intelligence experience (35F, 35L, 35M, 14N, 1N0, 0210, 0211, or equivalent).

·       Strong knowledge of military operations, terminology, and structure.

·       Experience with military or other national security investigations and operations.

·       Formal knowledge or coursework in other languages and/or cultures (Defense Language Institute, University Major or Minor Coursework) or equivalent experience.

·       Minimum of active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (PR within 6 years) with the ability to obtain a polygraph. Must be able to take/pass at-will.

·       Recently passed polygraph
