SAIC is hiring a Software Developer in Pyeongtaek, Korea to support the Cybersecurity, Network O&M of Information Technology Support for U.S. Army Communications Information Systems Activity – Pacific (USACISA-P) program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate on software development tasks including technical design and development of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft ASP.Net web apps, Kinetic Data/Cherwell development.
• Implement the main pages/framework of the application, applies design rules, compiles and deploys application deployment code, troubleshoots code, suggests enhancements / refinements to improve user capability / functionality / performance.
• Must be familiar with applying lockdowns per DISA STIG to SharePoint, Windows Server, and Microsoft IIS.
• Familiar with installing SharePoint cumulative updates and using Microsoft SCCM to push software deployments and updates. 
• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software.
• Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.
• Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.
• Ensures software standards are met. Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. 

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelors degree with five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree

Required Certifications: 

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or Equivalent Azure Developer, ITIL v4, IAT Level II

Required Skills:

• Software Development Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST API, React, HTML, CSS, Ruby, MS SQL, Microsoft SharePoint Administration and Development, Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• Software Development Familiarity with Redux, RHEL8, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Experience with Agile Software Development Process
• High-level understanding of Platform capabilities and concepts
• Desire to lead and collaborate with developers and Quality Assurance testers
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and determine solutions
• Ability to author, understand, and translate business-level acceptance criteria into technical designs
• Strong organizational, time-management, written and communications skills

Required Security Clearance:

• Candidates must have an Active Interim Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
