SAIC is hiring an I2E Cloud Data Analyst located onsite in Charlottesville, VA. The interested candidate will have opportunities to expand their data analysis expertise while supporting our DOD Client.

Job Duties:

• Provide data analysis of Biometric related data to support data ingestion quality control, and mission partner requests for information, to include identity record consolidation, data analysis, and identity record reconciliation within a Cloud environment.
• Provide data analysis in support of watchlist management, intelligence production tracking, and status reports.
• Perform queries against source data, source reporting, produce watchlist reports, collect and analyze metrics, and modify biometric encounter data records.
• Provide insight into applications and data changes that may drive requirements changes in intelligence systems implemented by our DoD Client.
• Manage Biometric data types in use, to include MatchML and WatchML files, Terrorist Watchlist Person Data Exchange Standard (TWPDES) files, and IDML files.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and (5) five years of experience; 4 more years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Clearance:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).

Required Certifications:

• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification.

Required Skills:

• IT experience with complex, multi-tiered systems.
• Experience with Java and JavaScript scripting languages, to include Groovy.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and services
• Experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients.

 Desired Skills:

• Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
• Experience with NoSQL, MS SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience providing data processing support to DOD or IC mission supporting operations.
• Experience with EBTS, MatchML, WatchML, IDML, TWPDES and FBI RSP files.
