SAIC is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the National Counterintelligence and Security Center’s supply chain and resource management. The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leaders driving the future direction of mission systems to protect our nation against intelligence and security threats.

This position will serve as an policy advisor and will be directly involved in implementing change management. This will include policy and document development as well as building workflows, CONOPS and roadmaps from scratch.  This position will also be responsible for communicating and briefing with stakeholders and building relationships, as well as monitoring overall program execution from conceptualization to execution. Review, analyze, maintain, and report IT program information. Independently perform assigned duties as well as exercise judgment and discretion according to established procedures and mandates. This position is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop policy text and workflows from scratch.
  • Implement change management.
  • Build CONOPS and roadmaps
  • Assist with meeting operational needs by performing other appropriate, related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required.
  • Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD and two (2) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management.
  • Experience creating CONOPS, roadmaps, workflows and policy.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement change management.
  • Forward leaning, detailed oriented, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in standard office software 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
