SAIC is seeking an IT Technical Trainer to join our team based out of Panama City, Florida.
Job Description:
The qualified candidate will part of a small Mobile Training Team that provides on-site support to fielded JEXC2 Family of Systems both CONUS and OCONUS.
Common tasks include:
- Development/update of lesson plans, student training guides, lab exercise packages, job aids, and web based training modules.
- Instruct adult students in group settings and lab environments through lecture and practical application exercises.
- Assist in ILS assessments of ECR/SCR updates to training package.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more related experience; Masters and zero (0) years or more related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Windows Server 2016, VMware Virtual Infrastructures and Networking, Cisco networking devices
- Basic Knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Windows Deployment Services, Microsoft Exchange Server, cryptographic hardware.
- Network Monitoring using Whatsup Gold and Wireshark, various systems providing Information Assurance including ACAS and HBSS, remote access protocols (RADIUS), VOIP and VOSIP configuration and monitoring, backup/recovery of Cisco Devices, Firewall monitoring/configuration (Fortigate, Palo Alto), and ESXI configuration.
Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; A minimum of a Secret clearance will be required prior to first day of employment.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
