Join Team SAIC and support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.

Position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. SAIC provides relocation assistance.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM. 
  • Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. 
  • Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements. 
  • Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. 
  • Lead a cross functional team, to include but not limited to, of systems engineers, software and hardware integrators, software developers, cyber security experts, trainers, configuration managers, and logisticians.
  • Interpret and break down high level requirements to execute projects and tasks at a rapid pace.
  • Comfortable with managing highly complex and technical projects.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Clearance:

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
