The Product Management Operations team serves as the primary support function between a large DoD Enterprise Data Analytics and AI Platform and the user communities it supports. Services include the people, processes, and tools to provide exceptional user interface and experience (UI/UX), stakeholder engagements, tier 2 thru 4 service desk operations, knowledge management, and user training.
