SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Project Coordinator to coordinate change management processes across the contract from within the CIO office. This position serves as a pivotal team member in coordination of programmatic meetings and data ranging from change control management, artifacts, meetings and timelines. The ideal candidate possesses superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operates independently with limited supervision and feedback, and can establish solid working relationships with management, technical staff and peers within the client’s organization, as well as other external client customers.

This position is in Mclean, Virginia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate Change Control Board (CCB) meeting including preparation of briefings/presentations and minutes.
  • Provide change management expertise in design and create, as well as coordinating and executing on change management for the CIO organization.
  • Bring expertise to define processes that enable PMO execution. 
  • Work with a variety individuals including customers, management and others.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of Statement of Agreements with customers. 
  • Track and maintain that all onboarding/offboarding/changes are tracked. This includes online tracking system management in multiple systems and coordination with related parties. Other coordination as needed, including coordination of visitor requests to facilitate staffing needs.
  • Ensure all necessary artifacts required to deliver on the project effectively are successfully created, maintained and are accurate.
  • Ensure project reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines. 
  • Coordinate across the client’s organization to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification are complete.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions; coordinate project schedules; create/distribute minutes and action items; trace action items for successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
  • Bachelors and eight (8) years or more of related experience; Masters and six (6) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency
  • Demonstrated experience in Program Change Management
  • Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Experience organizing and running meetings 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in information technology, business administration, journalism, communications, or English
  • Previous experience supporting the ODNI
  • Familiarity with federal resource management, change management and budget execution.
