Join Team SAIC and support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.

Position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
 
We are seeking an IMS Scheduler to support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO).  We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the development and maintenance of a complex and fluid task order with an overall program schedule with multiple project schedules, including resource loading and schedule analysis
  • Help develop the format, tools, and tracking/reporting methods to be used as the program continuously develops, additional projects are added and projects are transitioned to other organizations
  • Support the Task Order, Program and Projects in developing plans and integrating inputs from all projects
  • Interface with all elements of the program management team, technical project managers and SMEs to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Ensure program and program schedules are integrated across functional task groups including systems engineering, cyber security, training and system analytics, configuration management, logistics, etc.
  • Perform risk analysis (SRAs), identify, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
  • Utilize Gantt, milestone charts, project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
  • Perform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and project needs

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Clearance:

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
