Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work onsite at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA.

 

Job Duties:

  • Determine and implement solutions for new features, capabilities, and tools integrations with Service Now
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management
  • Develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow  

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and (9) nine years of experience; 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Required Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).

Required Certifications:

  • DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification

Required Skills:

  • Experience in information technology with specific focus on ServiceNow development and administration
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST API, MySQL, Linux
  • Strong understanding and work experience in Web services, SOAP, email
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems
  • Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining software solutions.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk and change control industry and related business management applications
  • Significant experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident/problem, Asset Management, Reporting and Configuration
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated interest in continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management
