SAIC is seeking a Chief Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.
 
In support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO), SAIC is seeking multiple qualified and cleared candidates.  We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.
 
Job Description:

• Perform duties in the functional areas of Systems Analysis and Systems Engineering;  
  
• General duties include oversight and fulfillment of task order System Engineering requirements, and providing senior level expertise in the areas of Systems Analysis, Assessments and Transition in support of DEVCOM QRC Branch.
  
• Must provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the STI process, related requirements including SIGINT/EW, Multi-INT, SDRs, MOSA, and RF signals to perform and support the required research and analysis techniques, assessments and reporting.
  
• Responsible for systems engineering performance including: concept of operations formulation, requirements definition, analysis and engineering, system architecture, system analysis and design, interface and data architectures, validation and verification, systems integration, system and other performance analysis.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.

Clearance Requirements:

• A Top Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; a TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to maintain employment.

Required Skills:

• Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the STI process
• STI requirements including SIGINT/EW, Multi-INT, SDRs, MOSA, and RF signals to perform and support the required research and analysis techniques, assessments and reporting required
• Ability to manage systems engineering performance including: concept of operations formulation, requirements definition, analysis and engineering, system architecting, system analysis and design, interface and data architectures, validation and verification, systems integration, system and other performance analysis
• Must have one of the following to achieve IAT Level II
  • CCNA-Security
  • CySA+
  • GICSP
  • GSEC
  • Security+ CE
  • CND
  • SSCP
  • Computing Environment Cert (ex Windows, Linux, AWS)
