SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as systems engineering, multi-cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, quantum computing, application development, SecDevOps, cloud network operations, and secure communications.

We are seeking highly motivated Analysts to leverage their expertise and provide analysis support across a number of domain areas. The work will support key customer mission initiatives. As the Analyst, you will specify analysis requirements to support particular program objectives such as understanding the technical environment, the business ecosystem, or specific actors relevant to the mission. Your responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Consistently and proactively assessing access requirements in order to enable successful targeting in response to mission priorities
  • Analyzing technical challenges, proposing recommended courses of action, and documenting the findings and recommendations to support existing and new capabilities
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve technical intelligence tradecraft methodology to support mission effectiveness and/or efficiency through the adoption of new applications, technologies, and techniques
  • Offering new insights and responding quickly to urgent analytic requirements to the assigned analysis portfolio
  • Identifying data sources to support the required analysis, obtaining access, and developing and/or performing queries of those sources
  • Analyzing collected data, developing analytic judgements, and preparing briefings or reports documenting the methodology used and the results obtained
  • Assessing future technical targets of interest resulting in viable and useful collection aligned to the Sponsor’s priorities
  • Assessing technical access methods and supporting access definition and CONOPS development
  • Drafting briefing and presentation materials in support of analysis and findings
  • Providing strategy and guidance to the Sponsor on the implementation of commercial practices, commercial skills, and business plans, including the assessment and management of technical and operational risks, and ensuring proposed strategies will produce the desired outcome
  • May require foreign language ability

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Years of relevant experience:
    • 0-2 (Entry)
    • 3-5 (Fundamental)
    • 6-10 (Senior)
    • 11-15 (Expert)
    • 16+ (SME)

Desired:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
