Responsibilities:
rovide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems.
As a member of the infrastructure team you will provide day-to-day, hands-on technical support of compute production and development systems on various platforms.
Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products.
Help manage the on premise and cloud compute platforms.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level
Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience.
5+ years related work experience
Bachelor's degree; postgraduate degree may substitute for 6 years of experience.
Technical Architecture and Maintenance for Microsoft Virtual Servers.
MS and software products (both remote and on site) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
Must possess and apply comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Must operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Must contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
