SAIC has an immediate need for a Military Analyst to support the Maneuver Battle Lab Experimentation Branch located onsite at Fort Moore, Georgia.

Job Description:

Analyst in the Live Experimentation Branch of the Maneuver Battle Lab at Fort Moore, GA.  Responsible for establishing experimentation issues and decomposing them into meaningful measures of effectiveness, measures of performance, and data elements.  Responsible for constructing data collection instruments and ensuring that data collected supports all reports and experiment objectives.  The position will work in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment issues.  Responsible for developing a database that effectively archives all data captured.

Responsibilities:

• Attending planned meetings, training and managing data collectors, managing data, implementation of quality assurance procedures, conducting analysis
• Coordinating with other test and evaluation agencies, information archiving, electronic media storage, conversion of experiment reports, data, videos, and pictures to appropriate electronic or hard copy mediums and reporting the results of experimentation
• In addition, responsible for analyzing performance and effectiveness data of technologies, weapons, and equipment from experiments and demonstrations  
• Provides video/audio capture and editing capabilities for verification and validation of final data products
• Requires proficiency with computer applications pertaining to data analysis, archiving and storage to include databases, spreadsheets, and the production of graphs, tables, and illustrations  
• Works with Project Officers to produce quality documents and deliverables    

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a proficient writer
• Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience preparing Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, decision papers, fact sheets, information papers and briefing slides
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• The candidate must be customer oriented, operate independently and possess excellent reasoning skills. 

Clearance:

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
