SAIC’s National Intelligence Community (NIC) business unit, USG Mission and Information Technology division provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as system engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence / machine learning, application development, SecDevOps, network operations, and secure communications.

We are seeking a Call Center Operator to join a team of qualified and diverse infrastructure support professionals in Chantilly, VA. The qualified candidate will provide professional telephone operations support in a fluid, fast paced environment, to answer and manage incoming calls from a variety of sources. The candidate shall respond quickly and effectively to needs and concerns and will provide direct support to Intelligence Community (IC) programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous, resourceful support to all incoming calls
  • Adapt to changing work requirements, multiple tasks and priorities, and be able to exercise discretion
  • Provide oral and written briefings to POCs on outcomes and action resulting from calls
  • Ability to understand and adhere to process flows

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Minimum three years of professional experience, to include working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, customer service principles and practices, call center telephony and technology, data entry, and clerical processes
  • Attention to detail is essential to manage complexity of calls
  • Ability to work panama schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with customers, coworkers and colleagues
  • Able to work easily with non-native English speakers
  • Basic typing skills
